Years ago, cousins with a passion for and knowledge of competitive grilling began offering unique, memorable BBQ experiences to their immediate family and friends. Soon the flavorful word of mouth spread, and friends of friends, business associates and civic groups started asking for their culinary services. This was their genesis. And now, Jeff and Tommy, who have been competition BBQ pit masters since 2006, run the family operations of Up In Smoke BBQ Inc.
